Only three homes — each fully independent, with its own entrance, private plot and two parking spaces. Sunny Hills offers the privacy and space of a private house, with the convenience of a completed home ready to move into.

Two of the residences have private swimming pools, while the two end homes include an attic that can become an extra bedroom, office or lounge. Each maisonette also has a private lift and a basement with cour anglaises for natural light and ventilation, with the option to use the lower level independently for guests, extended family or rental accommodation. Private landscaped gardens and automated vehicle entrance gates with Somfy systems complete the outdoor areas.

Each home is equipped with two heat pumps and independent room-by-room heating and cooling, alongside smart-home control and energy-efficient ETEM aluminium frames. Lighting, climate, hot water and garage access can also be managed remotely from a smartphone or tablet, combining everyday comfort with easy control of the home.
