Sunnyland was founded in 2019 by Aristides Belles — economist, author, and the founder of one of Greece’s largest aquaculture groups. We develop residences and hospitality assets across Greece with our own architects, our own procurement team, and our own civil engineers on every site.
We work to one standard: build something that holds its value, and stay close to the people who own it long after the keys change hands.

- Sunnyland designs, builds and delivers a small number of residences each year on the Athenian Riviera — handling everything from land and architecture to construction and handover, so each home carries one signature.
- Can foreign buyers purchase a Sunnyland property?
- Yes. There are no restrictions on foreign ownership of Greek real estate. We guide international buyers through the tax number, bank account and legal steps, working alongside independent lawyers and notaries.
- What is included in the purchase price?
- Each price covers the finished residence to our standard specification, including fitted kitchens, bathrooms and landscaping. Optional upgrades and furnishing packages are quoted separately and agreed before construction completes.
- How will I follow the construction of my property?
- You receive scheduled progress updates with photography and milestone reports, and can arrange site visits at key stages. A single point of contact keeps you informed from groundwork to keys.
- Is the property eligible for the Greek Golden Visa?
- Most of our residences sit above the investment threshold for the Greek Golden Visa programme, granting residency to the buyer and their family. We can confirm eligibility for any specific property on request.
