Αριστείδης Μπέλλες

Πρόεδρος, Sunnyland S.A.

Ο Αριστείδης Μπέλλες γεννήθηκε στη Χίο το 1953. Σπούδασε Οικονομικά στο Τμήμα Οργάνωσης και Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων του Πανεπιστημίου Πειραιώς.

Ήταν ιδρυτής, μέτοχος και Πρόεδρος της Νηρεύς Α.Ε. έως το 2019, συμβάλλοντας καθοριστικά στην ανάπτυξη και τη διεθνή επέκταση του ελληνικού κλάδου της ιχθυοκαλλιέργειας.

Έχει λάβει πολλές διακρίσεις για την επιχειρηματική του πορεία ως αυτοδημιούργητος επιχειρηματίας, για την εξωστρέφεια, για τη συμβολή του στην ανάπτυξη του Νομού Χίου και για τη συμβολή του στον αθλητισμό, στην τέχνη και στον πολιτισμό.

Από το 2019 δραστηριοποιείται συστηματικά στον τομέα της πολυτελούς κατασκευής και των σύγχρονων έργων υψηλών προδιαγραφών, με έντονη παρουσία στα νότια προάστια της Αθήνας μέσω της Sunnyland S.A. Κεντρικό στοιχείο της επιχειρηματικής του φιλοσοφίας είναι ο συνδυασμός συνέπειας, ποιότητας κατασκευής και δημιουργίας έργων που συνδυάζουν αισθητική, λειτουργικότητα και διαχρονική αξία.

Αριστείδης Μπελλές

Πρόεδρος

Aristeidis Belles was born in Chios in 1953. He studied Economics at the Department of Business Administration of the University of Piraeus.

He was the founder, shareholder and President of Nireus S.A. until 2019, contributing decisively to the development and international expansion of the Greek aquaculture sector. Throughout his long business career, he developed strong social activity and maintained a strategic presence within institutional bodies.

He has served as a Member of the Board of Directors of IOBE (Foundation for Economic and Industrial Research), a Member of the General Council of SEV (Hellenic Federation of Enterprises) and Vice President of E.E.D.E. (Hellenic Management Association). He also served as President of the Hellenic Aquaculture Producers Organization and President of the Entrepreneurship Club.

He is the founder, shareholder and Chief Executive Officer of companies operating in different sectors, including real estate through SUNNYLAND S.A. and THERMI APARTMENTS IKE, as well as renewable energy through SAFE ENERGY S.A.

He has received numerous awards for his entrepreneurial career as a self-made businessman, for extroversion, for his contribution to the development of the Prefecture of Chios, and for his contribution to sports, art and culture.

He has conducted studies of general economic interest, as well as feasibility and business sustainability studies, and has participated as a speaker in numerous conferences and seminars organized by institutions, universities and companies.

He is the author of three books:
“The Time of Water” (2017),
“The Red of the Chessboard” (2020),
“The Happiness of Nothing” (2022).

Since 2019, he has been systematically active in the sector of luxury construction and contemporary high-specification developments, with a strong presence in the southern suburbs of Athens through Sunnyland S.A. A central element of his business philosophy is the combination of consistency, construction quality and the creation of projects that integrate aesthetics, functionality and long-term value.

His involvement in real estate constitutes a natural continuation of his long entrepreneurial journey, with emphasis on developments founded on structural quality, strict construction control and lasting value.

At Sunnyland S.A., he actively participates in strategic planning and in the supervision of developments, ensuring that each project combines high standards of functionality and aesthetics with substantial investment potential. Location selection, architectural approach and technical specifications are defined with the objective of creating properties of high added value and stable long-term performance.

His philosophy is based on the conviction that a residence is not merely a property, but a serious investment decision. Each project is treated as a significant investment opportunity, designed to preserve and enhance its value over time.
