It is with great pride that we present you our new project on the construction of a new tourist complex at a 22,000sqm plot, privately –owned by Sunnyland SA, at the region of Palaia Epidaurus, offering mesmerizing sea view and pleasantly overlooking the citrus fruit plain of the village. It is located just 1.5 hours away from Athens and 10 minutes from the ancient Theater of Epidaurus.
The designs have been drawn-up by the prominent architect Pavlos Chantziangelidis and his partners.
The complex, fully integrated with the natural landscape consists of:
- Τwenty-five (25) luxury independent villas measuring 120-165 sqm. meters each with private swimming pools, gardens and stunning verandas
- Reception area and a Cafe – Restaurant
- Two ski-lifts for the guest’s internal transfer
- Other auxiliary services
- Technical personnel (executing maintenance works, care and oversight of gardens and surroundings, cleaning and oversight of water facilities, etc.)
